Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) for USA orders: free on orders over $100.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

  • International (outside of USA) may take 14-24 days for shipping. Taxes and Shipping may vary on location

Shipping Protection 

is an added layer of security for your order, ensuring that if anything goes wrong during shipping—whether it’s damaged or lost—you’re covered and can get a replacement or refund.

*Shipping protection does not cover lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Be sure to double-check all your information before completing your order to avoid any issues.

*Please be aware that if you do not purchase package protection, Dainty Lace cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they’ve been shipped. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely, any issues that occur during transit will need to be handled directly with USPS.

If you find that your package is lost and you purchased package protection please reach out to via email. They’ll provide you with the next steps to resolve the issue.


Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or rural locations may take additional time.


International Shipping

  • At this time, Dainty Lace ships within the United States only.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once scanned by the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Dainty Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier.

  • If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
