Dainty Lace Size Replacement Policy

At Dainty Lace, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. We know our pieces are beautiful, comfortable, and made to help you feel confident, so we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

If your item doesn’t fit just right, you can exchange it for the correct size completely free — no extra shipping costs, no hassle.

How it works:

  1. Contact us at support@daintylace.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to send your item back.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the correct size at no cost to you.

We’re confident you’ll love your Dainty Lace piece and simply want it in the right size, not gone from your wardrobe. That’s why we focus on making exchanges quick and easy, so you can enjoy your perfect fit as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

Non-returnable items: Items in used/worn condition will be rejected during the return inspection. We do not offer to reship rejected items. If bought in a set, both pieces must be included with the return. We are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been removed.  **Any liners on the garment must remain on the garment or the item cannot be returned. **

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@daintylace.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our team will inspect your return upon arrival to make sure it follows these guidelines. Any items received back that do not meet our return requirements will not be eligible for a refund. 

Shipping Protection is an added layer of security for your order, ensuring that if anything goes wrong during shipping—whether it’s damaged or lost—you’re covered and can get a replacement or refund.

*Shipping protection does not cover lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Be sure to double-check all your information before completing your order to avoid any issues.

*Please be aware that if you do not purchase package protection, Dainty Lace cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they’ve been shipped. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely, any issues that occur during transit will need to be handled directly with USPS.

If you find that your package is lost and you purchased package protection please reach out to via email. They’ll provide you with the next steps to resolve the issue.

Try-on Policy

Please wear undergarments when trying on any teddies or pretties/panties for the first time before deciding if you will be keeping them. Any liners on the garment must remain on the garment or the item cannot be returned. 

How to return/exchange:

Send an email to support@daintylace.com to begin your return/exchange.

We will send you a return label and once it is received, your refund will be issued.

International:
Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Any additional fees encountered during shipping (customs, duties, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
